With a month to go until the US elections, and according to a New York Times poll published on Tuesday, the Democratic candidate is ahead of the former president by 3 points.
According to the New York newspaper's poll, conducted with Siena College, Kamala Harris has won 49% of voting intentions, compared to 46% for Donald Trump. An important fact: the 59-year-old current vice president of the United States is making a breakthrough among Republicans. 9% of them support her, reports Le Figaro.
ndidate is hoping to rally some of the moderate Republicans, who don't want to see the former businessman as president for the second time. A week ago, she organized a meeting with Liz Cheney, a former Republican elected official rejected by Trump. Kamala Harris also maintained that if she won, she would appoint a Republican to her government.
In the key states, those called swing states, the two candidates are neck and neck. Equality would be perfect.
