| The man accused of killing five of his neighbors with an AR-15 rifle in their Texas home was arrested last night after an anonymous tip to the FBI led authorities to a house less than 20 miles from where the crimes took place, officials said. Francisco Oropesa, 38, was caught hiding in a closet beneath a pile of laundry at a home in the Texas city of Cut and Shoot, police said. His capture ended a four-day manhunt after authorities said Oropesa killed five of his neighbors, including a 9-year-old boy, when a member of the family asked him to stop firing his rifle outside because an infant was trying to sleep. | Newlywed Samantha Hutchinson, 34, was killed and her husband, Aric Hutchinson, was seriously injured when the golf cart taking them home from their reception in Folly Beach, South Carolina, was struck by a suspected drunk driver doing 65 mph in a 25 mph zone, police said. Driver Jamie Lee Komoroski, 25, has been charged with reckless vehicular homicide and felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm, police said. Aric Hutchinson is in the hospital in critical condition with injuries that included brain trauma and several broken bones, according to a GoFundMe page created by his mother. “I was handed Aric’s wedding ring in a plastic bag at the hospital, five hours after Sam placed it on his finger and they read each other their vows,” Annette Hutchinson wrote in the post. “Aric has lost the love of his life.” |

| The wife of the "Yellowstone" star has filed for divorce after three children and nearly two decades of marriage, the actor's rep confirmed yesterday. It's unclear what led to the separation. "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action,” a rep for Costner told NBC News. This is Costner's second marriage, and the couple shares sons Cayden, 15, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 12. The split comes as talks continue about Costner, 68, returning to "Yellowstone," which currently has no release date for the second half of the fifth season. |

| These preschoolers from Canada are more about abstract art than realism. Briar Van Driel, 29, a teacher's assistant, gave her class an assignment to make a horse out of construction paper and yarn, and the hilarious results define the term "creative freedom." Van Driel shared the children's creations on TikTok, where they've been viewed more than 2.5 million times. One horse looks like a peanut with a flat top, another appears to have a soul patch on its chin, while a third has eyes floating outside its head. "We provide general ideas and resources to them, but we never correct them or tell them where to place things," Van Driel told us. "They learn to not doubt themselves, but rather take so much joy in what they can create."
