Subject: In Desperate times, distinguish your ENEMIES from your ALLIES

Your Excellency,

In the past few months, we have alerted your esteemed Excellency on the ongoing intrusions that have been manifested by Qatar’s corrupted authorities in your countries.
Intrusions that are manifesting itself into invasions as you have recently witnessed the chaotic situation that is engulfing Ukraine, whereby they are being overtaken by Russia
Such situation that is imposing on all European and International countries to take a stand, but with such limited time, the decision is hard to make, and the liabilities are unpredictable.
But for many months now, we have indicated to all European, United States and United Kingdom’s leaderships, that such process of masked “Invasion” is also underway in your countries, camouflaged beneath the corrupted authorities in control over the State of Qatar.
These corrupted authorities have been engaged in a conspiracy that is designed to serve their interests and the interests of their closest allies.
Who are their closest Allies?
Iran, Russia, China, and Turkey
How are they related to these Allies?
Through collaborative relations, whereby Qatar’s authorities invested billions of USD in several state organizations in all these countries, provided unlimited financial supports and contribute to the growth of these countries
Iran- the relation with Iran is in-depth into the gas supply, whereby Iran shares the revenue of the entire production of the gas extracted in Qatar, whereby the Iranian leadership are being paid directly in billions, and at every paid day there is a crisis that is being manifested. The first large “cash’ payment was taken out after Qataris were ‘presumably” kidnapped in Iraq and the Qatar authorities came to the rescue to pay the ransom of over US$ 1.5 Billion, which was the officially declared amount, but the actual paid “ransom” was over double that amount.
The next pay day was when the Ukrainian Plane was shot down, and yet again Qatar’s Emir rushed the very next day with another US$ 3 Billion to “presumably” assist Iran in their crisis.
Billions have been paid to the Iranian authorities by these corrupted Qatar authorities over the years, several funds that have been paid through cargo planes departing Doha to Iran regularly, carrying funds, paying off the shares of the gas.
Russia- the relation with Russia is somehow complex, it involves a more collaborative relations, whereby Qatar’s authorities are in accord with Russian policy in invading Europe, facilitating their process when they colluded with the Russians against Europe towards supply of Gas, purposely pushing the European countries to purchase from Russia, by restricting the supply of gas from Qatar and colluding in a monopolized process with Russia.
Noteworthy billion of US Dollars that is currently invested by Qatar in Russia, and specifically in Rosneft, whereby Qatar owns a substantial share of over 20% of the Russian Oil/Gas company, making the interest of Russia one of Qatar’s primary priorities.
Further notable investments are also in Russian banks, airports, and ongoing trading between Russia and Qatar worth billions, and even in these difficult times, they chose to maintain their investments with Russia and play the role of the mediator. China – the relation with China has been recently inscribed with their long-term agreement that was recently signed between both countries, whereby Qatar Petroleum has signed a deal with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) for the supply of 3.5 million tonnes per year (t/y) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) over a 15-year term starting January 2022. Significantly, the deal brings Qatari LNG supplies to China under long-term deals to 15.5 million t/y
Further collaboration extended in Qatari companies agreeing to pay about $5 billion for a 49% stake in Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group to help the Chinese business build an LNG receiving terminal and expand into retail gasoline sales.
Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), also signed an agreement with CITIC Group Corp to launch a $10 billion fund (CITIC Group is a ministerial level financial conglomerate directly overseen by China's State Council)
Turkey – the relation with Turkey is multifaceted, through investments in billions in Turkey, providing Turkish companies with priority in all projects in Qatar and through their military collaboration in Qatar, whereby thousands of Turkish military personnel are in Qatar through an established base, a ruse that was initiated to enable Qatar to send billion of funds to Turkey under the “pretence” of paying for this defence service that is being provided by Turkey
Other collaborations are extended through Qatar being the 2nd largest investor in Turkey with continued commitment to investing in Turkey, with the value of Qatari investments in Turkey standing at USD 22 billion in 2020.
Furthermore, Russia, Iran and Qatar are already part of a “Gas Cartel” or as some refer to it as “Big Gas Troika” that has been imposing control over 60% of world's gas supplies, which was their first approach in imposing hikes in prices in recent years
Russian authorities have openly stated before that this “troika” serves to preserve common strategic interests and high cooperation potential in tripartite projects, indicating that their main concern is to maintain their mutual interest."
Qatari leadership perceives Russia as an emerging power with sufficient capacity to challenge its geopolitical ambitions but as an ally on the global energy markets.
Qatar’s corrupted authorities have even greater interest to maintain their relations with Russia, Iran and China, as their financial interests is entrenched with these countries and also the position of these corrupted authorities in Qatar is secured in the presence of these Allies.
Other resources that are being exploited to assure that all gas producers are in line with their agenda, are gathered under the fictitious group of GECF, whereby it is presumed to be the Gas Exporting Countries Forum that supports the right of its member countries to independently manage and plan the development of their natural gas, but it is farther from that, it is a forum created to imposed their monopolized processes on the world and to assure that they are enforcing their conditions on several countries, rendering them vulnerable to shortage of supply and inflation
Hence, the world leaders should realize that these corrupted authorities in control over the State of Qatar, are able to exploit the wealth of the State and use these funds to intensify the intrusion of their allies throughout the world. For every day these corrupted individuals are left in their position, it will cost the entire world a larger implication on their security, economy and even to the extent of causing these countries to lose control over their nations, as it has been replicated in the gulf and Arab regions over the past decades, the same scenario is being developed for Europe and other parts of the world.
Other important factors that needs to be considered by world leaders, is the recent concentration of Qatar’s corrupted authorities in African countries, in the past few months, several leaders from African nations have been invited to Qatar, whereby they are being given an offer they cannot refuse, an offer to change their alliance in return for billions of investments to be realized in Africa.
Similar approach that has been entangled in several European countries, whereby Qatar’s authorities invested heavily in Europe in several projects that are strategically important to every country they invest within, investments in their banks, airports, electrical and water cooperation’s, largest commercial entities, hotels and many more, assuring they have the upper hand on these countries’ economies.
Their interest in Africa is to assure that they have control over all resources, that will also be restricted to all European countries in specific and other parts of the world.
Qatar’s corrupted authorities are individuals that will bring misfortune to all individuals that cross their paths, every single country in Europe, US, UK and around the world are currently under direct and imminent threat by these corrupted authorities.
Every country should verify the investments that were made by Qatar’s authorities in their country, and a direct causal link can be realized that these investments were made to impose control, to use the returns of these investments to finance the internal “dormant army” of radicalized militias that will awaken in due time, radicalized number of individuals that are currently recruited through their charitable organizations, Islamic centres and Mosques that have been established, built and entrenched into these societies. Causing the Muslims to turn against their own countries, using Al Jazeera to instigate hatred between these communities, creating a falsified notion that European leadership are against Islamic communities, rather the opposite is being imposed. Muslims have lived for hundreds of years amongst other religions across Europe, UK, USA and the world, they never had any conflicted interests, until these corrupted authorities in control over the state of Qatar have unleashed their treacherous agenda of deceive and betrayal of everyone that crosses their path.
Beware of these “Individuals of Misfortune”, as they will strike at a moment you least expect, they will entrench their venomous deceits within your societies and they will impose injustice upon humankind as they have done in Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Tunisia, Palestine, and even their own neighbouring countries whereby they severed ties with Qatar for years due to their support for terror. Whereby they have provided Qatar as haven for terrorists and extremists and rendered Afghanistan as their new training grounds to expand their groups of terror militants, that will serve as hired criminals that will terrorize the world.
Visualizing what they are capable to do to European countries and others throughout the world. Their impact would not be less than what they have already done to their own neighbours' citizens.
The question remains to be directed to all honourable leaders throughout the world, if you all are aware of the collusion of these corrupted authorities in Qatar with their allies, and their defragmenting agenda, whilst evidence of their acts is openly available to you all, through their infused investments, their collaboration with your enemies, and their financing of terrorism, then why are you still prolonging their path and allowing them to extend further with their acts?
If it is the financial benefits that they are dangling in front of all these countries, these will be the very cause that will befall chaos to all countries that opens their doors to these corrupted authorities.
