A passenger plane and a coast guard plane collided at Tokyo's Haneda Airport, killing 5 people.

Five people aboard a coast guard airplane were killed and a passenger plane carrying hundreds was evacuated after an apparent collision at a Tokyo airport on Tuesday, according to authorities. Dramatic video from Japanese public broadcaster NHK showed plumes of orange flames and black smoke rising from the passenger plane on the runway at Tokyo's Haneda airport. About 400 passengers and crew were able to escape the flames, but five out of the six people aboard the coast guard aircraft were confirmed dead, Japan's transport minister said.
