Wedding vendors should not expect to be fed/include being fed guest food in their contracts.

As someone who is planning a wedding, one of the things to consider is head count for the venue. Many places charge per head and if you have to include your DJ/band, photographers, hair and makeup team, planners, etc. It all adds up along with the cost of the vendors actual service. I see tons of comments online of disappointed vendors, specifically photographers/videographers, saying that this pisses them off and they make it show in their work. I’m sorry… Being a photographer is a job. Yes you are an independent contractor and you can make this a requirement as part of your service, but it is entitled and frankly a little rude. Any other profession you would be expected to bring your own lunch. Your job does not provide it for you. For as much as they charge you would think they could at least bring their own damn food.
