"The Flight Attendant" star shared that she is suffering from "mommy wrist," a bout of tendinitis likely caused by repeatedly lifting her 3-month-old daughter, Matilda. The new mom shared a photo on Instagram story of her left wrist in a black compression bandage. “Mommy wrist” is officially known as de Quervain tenosynovitis and occurs due to repetitive movements such as lifting, carrying or nursing an infant, according to the Mayo Clinic. It can usually be alleviated with a brace, ice and an over-the-counter pain reliever, but in some cases requires physical therapy. Read more here.
