Converting AC (alternating current) to DC (direct current) at voltage levels of 5V, 9V, 10V, or 12V is generally considered low voltage for several reasons:
The electricity to my house cut off in about half the rooms and still worked for the other rooms. The next day, one of the rooms without electricity started working again but the other rooms still did not work. Is that normal?
