Donald Trump is among 19 people charged with racketeering in a 2020 election probe in Georgia.
Former President Donald Trump was indicted along with 18 others last night on felony charges in connection with efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. The sweeping, 41-count indictment also names Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, as well as multiple other lawyers, on charges of violating Georgia's RICO act. "Trump and the other defendants charged in this indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump," the indictment says. Trump has denied all wrongdoing. It's the fourth time the former president has been indicted on criminal charges in the last 4½ months. Here's the latest.
'The Blind Side' subject Michael Oher says his adoption by the Tuohy family was a lie and he was cut out of millions from the movie.

Retired NFL player Michael Oher, the subject of the book and movie "The Blind Side," alleges that the couple who took him in as a teenager did not adopt him and instead placed him in a conservatorship that allowed them to benefit financially from his story, according to a court filing yesterday. "The lie of Michael's adoption is one upon which Co-Conservators Leigh Anne Tuohy and Sean Tuohy have enriched themselves at the expense of their Ward, the undersigned Michael Oher," the petition to terminate the conservatorship in Tennessee says. The petition states that the Tuohys negotiated a deal with 20th Century Fox that left Oher without any payment for the rights to his name, likeness and life story, while the Tuohy family received a contract price of $225,000 and 2.5% of the film's net proceeds. The 2009 film, in which Sandra Bullock won an Oscar for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy, grossed $300 million. Sean Tuohy told the Daily Memphian he was "devastated" by Oher's allegations and that the family did not make any money off "The Blind Side" film. Read more here.
Antipasto accident! A woman sues Eataly after allegedly slipping on a piece of prosciutto.
A New Hampshire woman has filed a lawsuit against Eataly Boston after she allegedly slipped on a piece of prosciutto on the floor at the specialty grocery store and fractured her ankle. Attorneys for Alice Cohen alleged she was in an area of the store where samples were being offered when she slipped on a piece of the Italian dry-cured ham. She sustained a left ankle sprain and a distal fibular avulsion fracture, according to the lawsuit. The suit further stated there is a “reasonable likelihood” the damages could exceed $50,000. Eataly did not respond to a request for comment from TODAY.com.

After turning 59 on Aug. 9, TODAY's Hoda Kotb is reflecting on the power of aging. "Here’s the great thing that I realized: I turned 59 this year and I am so happy to be 59 this year," Hoda told Jenna Bush Hager yesterday. "I feel so good about it. If you’re worried about aging, and I know that aging’s a thing, 59 is amazing." Hoda said she spent her birthday with family, including her mother, daughters, siblings and nieces. She told Jenna she thought to herself, "I’m smiling. I'm closing my eyes and I'm smiling," adding, "If you do that, you know that there's a lot of good things ahead." She concluded her thoughts about entering the last year of her 50s: "I feel like this year's going to be fantastic."
