An escaped killer was spotted again in Pennsylvania, and has changed his appearance.
Convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped from Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania on Aug. 31, was spotted again over the weekend and looks to have changed his appearance, police said. Cavalcante visited the homes of two former coworkers on Saturday night who were not there at the time, and an image captured on a doorbell camera showed he had shaved off his beard and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, police said. He also stole a white van that was found abandoned about 40 minutes from the original search perimeter, authorities said. "No perimeter is 100% secure ever. I’m not going to make an excuse to you. I wish it would not have happened," Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania State Police said at a news conference. Keep reading.
