10 Ways to Stay Active All the Time.
1. Don't sit for long.
2. Don't eat too much food at night.

[ltr]4. Eat food well.[/ltr]
[ltr]5. Exercise daily.[/ltr]
[ltr]6. Get good sleep.[/ltr]
[ltr]7. Play outdoor games.[/ltr]
[ltr]8. Walk more and more.[/ltr]
[ltr]9. Drink sufficient amount of water.[/ltr]
[ltr]10. And Stay away from mobile.[/ltr]
