A Secret Service agent assigned to protect President Joe Biden’s eldest granddaughter, Naomi Biden Neal, opened fire late Sunday as several people were breaking into an unoccupied government vehicle outside her residence in the Georgetown neighborhood in Washington, D.C., a spokesman said yesterday. The agent encountered three people breaking a window on the parked car and opened fire, but no one was hit, the spokesman said.
