Remote work is the future of work :rocket:
This was me out of country and working now fully remote I was able to do it from anywhere:
on the plane
at the bus stop
at the hotel
I was able to get all my work done and be productive at the same time without being confined to an office.
When it comes down to it remote work is about trust and after being modeled by that with my last employer it is the most liberating feeling to be able to know location doesn’t define how successful someone is.
The companies that are forcing Return to Office are losing more people than they are keeping them.
Trust your employees, they really can work from anywhere
