An employee asked me for a raise but I didn't give it to him so he resigned. I really need him now for a project. How can I get him back?
[ltr]This happened to me. I came to my annual review with two pieces of paper. One was a request for a pay raise and the other was a resignation letter. They rejected my pay raise request so I quit. Two weeks later, they contacted me back and I offered them a standard contract rate of $275/hr with a minimum of 10 hours per week. They rejected that as well..at first…but then they came back and I made the money they would have paid me if they had given me the pay raise I asked for and plus some![/ltr]
