| We interviewed Araks Sahakyan, a young transdisciplinary artist that describes herself as a “tireless globetrotter”. She has already lived several lives, born in 1990 in Armenia, raised in Spain, she eventually chose France as her "elected land". Araks works across a wide range of mediums, ranging from drawing and painting to book binding and wood making, she puts memory, intimacy, the body and politics at the centre of her colourful and lively work. |
