New Jersey grandpa Liam Ryan, 87, was expecting a big reaction from his 11 grandkids when he recently handed out special gifts to them — and he got it. In a viral TikTok video, the man affectionately known as Gramps drew a cascade of joyous laughs from the grandkids, ages 4 to 28, when they realized he had given them each a pair of Crocs and a personalized charm with his face on it. The Crocs paid tribute to his late wife, known as Grandma Phyllis, who was famous for wearing bright teal Crocs to the beach. "He makes each of us feel special," one of his granddaughters told us.
